Birthdays can be a time for reflection, a time when you might pause and think about how things are going, maybe even give some thought to your lifestyle - and that's what the Healthy Living Check-up© encourages.
This is an on-line Check-up that asks 10 basic lifestyle questions and produces, immediately upon conclusion, a Healthy Living Report Card.
Upon receipt of the on-line Report Card, you could choose to pursue lifestyle improvements through the purchase of what we call Guidance Packs (each pack costs $8.50 and provides 14 days of day-by-day guidance). There is no obligation to purchase these Packs. We offer these because we don't want to leave people "hanging" -- that is, we don't want to show them where their lifestyle is not so healthy and then not give them some options to make improvements.
