Healthier Days is a personalized resource for healthy living. Each person decides what, when and how to use it. Individuals can:

Eat ... healthier by following our suggested actions. Participants pick the food groups of interest to them (such as fruits or vegetables), and then our system suggests specific daily actions.
Exercise ... using our menu to pick what, when and how long, and then our system immediately provides an Action Record.
Earn ... points if they eat healthier and/or exercise.
Receive ... a cash reward if they earn enough points.
Use ... our more than 900 (and always growing) healthy recipes, all of which include detailed nutritional information.
Read ... short 2-page articles (more than 200 and also always growing) on a variety of health subjects; also, read weekly features and encouraging success stories.
Write ... in an online journal if they want.
Get ... helpful hints and tips for healthy living.
Track ... their progress if they are earning points for eating healthier and/or exercising.
Ask ... our Healthier Days coaches questions about eating healthier, exercise and health matters of interest or concern to them.

Unlimited access to Healthier Days in 30 Days can be purchased for $27 (which includes the cost of up to a $10 cash reward) or $19 (no reward). This buys access for one person for 30 days. You can purchase access rights for just one person or for as many people as you want.
