At the very heart of Healthier Days is the Action Record. Members in Healthier Days can participate in from one up to three "pursuits" that target specific areas of their health, such as Exercise, Eat Healthier and Tobacco Cessation. Each of these "pursuits" is represented as a column on their Action Record.
The Action Record contains actions for each day of the week, based on what areas of their health each member has decided to pursue. By looking at their Action Record, participants see their actions to complete for the coming week.

Participants earn points by completing these actions. It is up to the member to take action and do the things that help in their pursuit of healthier days. As participants follow the individual actions on their Action Records, they develop and reinforce healthy habits.
Sometimes it's not convenient to sign into the member area every day, so there are two ways we make this easier for our members. (1) PDF versions of the Action Record can be downloaded and printed for easy reference when offline. (2) Members can also opt to receive their Action Record via email every morning.
Our chapter managers are always available to provide guidance and answer any questions that participants may have. But we don’t just sit back and wait for questions to come in. We also reach out to our members by regularly sending out customized reminders and messages of encouragement.
While we provide members with an initial Action Record as a "starting point," the direction they take is in their control – within set parameters of course!
Members can easily add or remove pursuits – such as Eat Healthier, Exercise and Quit Tobacco – from their Action Records.
There are times when a member might do something different than was scheduled on their Action Record. That's OK! For example, members can change their daily exercise program just by clicking on the "Change" link for any given day.

Changes to the Action Record are made instantly.
